Try Before You Buy

It’s our way of letting you try XV1 before fully committing. You get a full-size product to experience first-hand before paying for it.

To begin, you subscribe and pay only for shipping. We’ll send you a full-size product to try. You then have 14 days from the day it’s delivered to decide if it’s right for you.

You only pay shipping upfront. If you love it, do nothing — you’ll be charged for the full-size product after 14 days. If not, you can return it within your trial window.

No. You’ll receive the same full-size product we send to paying customers.

Your trial starts the day your order is marked as delivered.

No worries — just contact customer service. We’ll make it right and adjust your trial window if needed.

At this time, exchanges are not available for Try Before You Buy orders.

Subscription & Auto-Replenishment

When you opt into Try Before You Buy, you’re also starting a monthly subscription. If you keep your product, you’ll automatically receive a new full-size product every 30 days.

Once your 14-day trial ends and you keep the product, your next charge will happen 30 days later. That’s when your next full-size product ships.

Yes — after your first full payment, you can cancel, pause, or update your subscription anytime by reaching out to customer service.

Shipping, Orders & Billing

We ship across the U.S. via standard shipping. Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. If there’s a delay, just contact us — we’ll make it right.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Before shipping your order, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card to verify your payment method. You’re only charged after the 14-day trial ends (unless you return the product).

Promo codes cannot be applied to trial orders at this time.

Once your order is placed, it processes quickly and can’t be edited. If you need help, email customer service as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Once we receive the return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Yes, unopened products from your subscription can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return.
