Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from XV1. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. (exclusion apply for try before you buy, please refer to try before you buy policy)

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and sealed.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Perishable or consumable goods

• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our support team at support@xv1.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email support@xv1.co to arrange an exchange.
